WE had a water damage in our crawl space in our new home, we called our insurance and they refer us to SureDry. They were fast to come to our home and took care of us in a heart beat. They were so amazing all their employees were amazing hard working and they performed a excellent job after all the damage that I had in the crawlspace due to heat water all over the insulation. I hope I don’t go through this situation again, but if I did I would call them again. They explain to us the procedure they were going to perform so we could have a better understanding. I learned a lot from the company. If you have a issue like ours please contact them you won’t regret their service.

This was my first experience with water damage and a home insurance claim. SureDry was the company recommended by my insurance and the process was so much better than I expected! The work was fast, well done, and they took great care to protect our things. And the communication was great – I always knew what was planned and expected. I would recommend them to anyone.

Emmanuel, Nick, and Tony are a godsend! I had a big issue with one of my rental properties out in Kirkland and they came right away to inspect and start the process. From removing all my damaged materials to cleaning and drying everything, they were awesome. And my tenants loved working with them!
Solid communication, cleanliness, thoroughness, etc. the list goes on. They are absolute experts when it comes to working with insurance companies, and they really do work to keep the homeowner first. Couldn’t recommend this company more.

so impressed with them when we had extensive damage in our basement last year. Emmanuel and his team made an awful situation so much more bearable. They were kind, supportive, professional, hard-working, and their work couldn’t have been better.

When we discovered that we had a new issue after a heavy rain just days before Christmas, I had SureDry on the phone within minutes! We determined that there was no longer any water coming in, so they gave us guidance about steps to take to keep things from progressing, and then they came out to assess the damage and start the drying process the next morning. The owner Emannuel has expanded his business and has some new staff members. We worked with Nicholaus who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even with the Christmas holiday and lots of other jobs to do, they made sure that we were taken care of. Our problem could have been so much worse and they were able to fix things with minimal damage to our walls/floor.

There are a lot of things that make Suredry a really special business. Emmanuel’s work ethic is unlike anything else I’ve ever seen. He works tirelessly, has incredible attention to detail, and is so supportive when his clients are overwhelmed and stressed. Besides that, I absolutely trust Emmanuel and his colleagues to address their problems in the fairest and most cost-effective way possible. It’s wonderful to be able to call on a professional that you have complete faith in. Hopefully this will be the last time we need to use his services, but I will be keeping SureDry’s number programmed in my phone!

Once again, I would recommend Emmanuel and SureDry with no hesitation! Thank you, Emmanuel, for coming to our rescue again!!!

Emmanuel and his team came out to inspect…gave us full details on what needs to be done, pictures included in damaged areas and how the process was going to take place. They came and delivered! Follow ups and reports of completion came after as well. If you’re looking for a company to take care of ANY water damage/floods I highly recommend them!

in our bathroom, laundry room, and living room ceiling. Nick and Emmanuel were professional, responsive, and timely. They did an excellent and thorough job sealing off what needed to be cleaned, and were careful moving our furniture. They came back each day to check the progress of the job, and even hooked our washer and dryer back up after the demo was complete. We had another company take a look at the damage prior to hiring Suredry, and the work they wanted to do was much more invasive and unnecessary. Suredry was much more honest, and got the job done without taking unnecessary steps to make an extra dollar. We would highly recommend using them.

“What makes this company and Emmanuel so great? In addition to…”

o honesty, professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge, I was so impressed with the creativity Emmanuel uses to problem solve. Even the insurance inspectors were impressed!! Emmanuel relates so well to the insurance people and gives them exactly what they need, and meets all their deadlines.
In my experience, knowing that you can trust a business to keep its word, and keep the customer and insurance company updated, is pretty special and not the norm these days. Hoping I won’t have need for a water “mitigation” specialist in the future, but if I do, I’m glad to know who to call!

and super efficient. We had a leak in our crawl space, a few other service providers came in with quotes/estimates but primarily leveraging fear factor on how the earth would stop rotating if we did not sign up for their service immediately. Emmanuel was different, conducted a very thorough assessment, walked me through the pros-cons, and ultimately over delivered. Strongly recommend this team.

“Emmanuel with SureDry helped me the last couple of months with drying out two different …”

water leaks. When I was a mess after the second water leak he calmed me down and told me that everything would be OK. He doesn’t always do renovations but I asked him if he would do both of them for me and he agreed.

I have been taken advantage of by other contractors but not Emmanuel. He works long days and on the weekend if need be. He stays in close communication with his clients so you always know what is going on. He is very courteous and honest. Emmanuel wants to do the very best job for you that he can and treats your project like he is working on his own home and wants everything to be perfect.

I felt like God had sent me an angel because of things I’ve been through with other contractors. He goes above and beyond what he needs to do for your project. All of my work was done during CoVid and at times Emmanuel had a hard time finding certain materials but he always found them.

The woman I worked with at my insurance company even commented on how wonderful he was. She said she had worked with a lot of different contractors and Emmanuel was definitely one of the best. His estimates are so detailed that it really makes it easy for the inspectors.

In the end I was very satisfied and almost sad when my projects were done. I feel like I got really lucky and also made a friend.

Do not hesitate to hire SureDry. You will not be sorry.

We were provided daily updates, felt comfortable with Emmanuel and his team working away in our household and we were very impressed with the level of commitment to the job and integrity of the work performed.
